Founder
Dalis Velazquez
Hi, I'm Dalis Velazquez, founder of Haven & Hope Foundation. I am a mother, an Active Duty United States Marine, and a law student pursuing a career in family law. My passion for service extends beyond my military career and into my community, where I am committed to helping individuals overcome difficult circumstances and build brighter futures.
As a single mother, I understand the challenges that come with navigating life's obstacles while trying to create stability and opportunity for your family. Through my experiences in the military, motherhood, and the legal field, I have seen firsthand the importance of having access to support, resources, and people who believe in your potential.
I founded Haven & Hope Foundation to provide practical assistance and encouragement to single mothers rebuilding their lives and young adults working toward a second chance. Our mission is rooted in compassion, accountability, and the belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to move forward with hope.
